Unfortunately they called the wrong phone number so I had no idea where my car was for 24 hrs & I also missed an important meeting due to this error. However, as a gesture of goodwill they didn’t charge me for the wheel alignment & apologised profusely. I would use them again."

"Awesome team of ex-Volkswagen Audi Group technicians lead by Lee. I have been here many times and always been impressed. The last visit was no exception. VGS fitted me in within a couple of days, we’re happy to fit parts that I supplied, were able to provide me with a loan car (even though I only asked on arrival to drop my car off!!) and they had finished the job (replacing front discs & pads) in around an hour! I highly recommend these guys!"
