"Highly recommended, I first had dealings with Protherm around March this year, I was badly let down by another well known local company, So I called Protherm and just from talking on the phone, I knew I would be looked after, I found Oz to be friendly down to earth and more importantly, helpful and honest, he didn't try a big sell or charge rediculous amounts just to knock on my door, he simply offered good advise and discussed the best and most cost effective repair options with me. Although busy the work was done as a priority for me to get the boiler back to the way it should be and the quality of the work was faultless.
