"Amazingly poor service from start to finish. Grossly incompetent and the disappointing waste of £200. I was promised a full restoration of my jacket within 2 weeks, however when contacted assured it would require a further two weeks, on two occasions. Only after 6 weeks was the jacket completed. The delivery tracking number was incorrect, not clear which service and it was delivered to the wrong address. The work was not done as promised and jacket little better than the condition it started in. The whole 3 month episode a complete was of time, effort and money So timely a service provided, that it takes more than 2 years for a response to a critical review. It is outrageous to think that the retailer can accuse the customer of not attempting to collect the incomplete service when the incorrect contact details was taken in the first place, despite repeated calls on my part. If you use this service be prepared for a long haul journey of blunder and disappointment."

"Today I received a reply from the business. 2 years after my initial post! To address the comments they made: I had confirmation the item was ready for collection when I picked it up. Unfortunately this was well after the agreed date given by them as requested by me on initial contact. Once again I would not have given them my business if they had simply said they were unable to meet the initial deadline. Additionally it is not true that the end of the zip was sewn up whilst I waited. This was something I asked to be included when I first went there and was quoted and paid for. Once again though, this was 2 years ago!!! Original post: Disorganised, expensive and poor service. I took a set of motorcycles leathers to them to get the main zip changed. I made it very clear that I required the work completed for a pick up on an agreed date approximately 3 weeks ahead. The work was accepted on this basis. I also asked them to sew the end of the zip together. Come the time to pick up the suit - it wasn’t ready. In fact it took another 2 weeks. The only reason I chose this place was because they could do the work on time. It cost me £50 more than if it had been done near my parents in the West Country. Oh and they didn’t sew the end of the zip together as I had requested. Generally appalling and disappointing service."

"I had a very nice Diesel leather jacket completely recoloured to a dark grey. Now the jacket looks much more modern and goes with everything. It took a few weeks but you can’t rush these things. The quality is fantastic and it now looks like new. Thank you"
