"I requested quotes for a Diesel Particulate Filter Clean. Mark was outstanding! Firstly for the value for money of his mobile mechanic service, which came out cheaper than most garages, but more importantly for the integrity and thoroughness of his work. I had requested the work based on the advice of a garage that had previously serviced and MOT'd my vehicle. Mark thoroughly checked over and tested my vehicle on the same day that I completed the quote. He diagnosed the ACTUAL problem rather than the erroneously claimed to be the problem by the previous garage. Many garages would have merely carried out the work being requested, even if they knew it was unnecessary. Mark explained that it wasn't a DPF clean that was required but a new sensor, which he installed two days later, once he'd ordered it. He was credible, authentic and very thorough in his investigation and in resolving the issues with my car. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending him!!"
