"Please avoid this garage. Is a joke, not a garage. In November i ve bought 4 new tyres from them, been there to be fitted. These days a friend goty attention saying that 2 tyres are fitted wrong, the rotation way is wrong. Thing which affects the safety and performance of the tyres. I ve been there so they can fix the problem, being their fault they said they can not do nothing. After i ve called the Halfords suport centre they made a booking for me at the same garage for next day at 17.45. Next day i was there at 17.27 everything was closed and locked. They ve cancelled the booking without informing me. We re talking about fitting some tyres, not rocket science or some serious engineering problems at the car."

"All staff were not at all helpful when my car stopped working with clutch breakdown which happened as soon as I managed to get my car to their work shop. They didn't even look at it, rather the oldest among the 3 of them was complaining they finish 12.30pm (Saturday) and this was at 8.45am. I found it bizarre. Well, it's not his business. Whether he serviced it or not, he will get paid month end. His wages is guaranteed. I will never go back to that Halford branch to service my car ever"
