"Did MOT and didn’t submit it! Then claimed maybe we came for other reasons and not MOT meant I was driving for months without MOT! They agreed to redo MOT and had to change parts but, which cost an addition £150. I payed in good faith that all was well, but steering was not correctly aligned and didn’t check before giving the car back! When I went back they blamed me for not checking and said this is normal and wanted to charge again to fix the issue they caused by replacing what they said was broken in the first place!"
