It then worked if you took the plug out the wall socket. I texted Andrew on a Sunday expecting a call back Monday but to my surprise he called and said its probably the molded plug that's faulty. Andy came early the very next day and fixed it - the fan was the cause of a lot of problems. I swear it is working way better than new. Professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous."
