"Absolutely shocking service, sent out a engineer to recover a car, apparently couldn’t get the car started with a jump starter so advised a crane with a flat bed at the extra cost of £200 (I already pay for breakdown recovery). A neighbour later came out and jump started the car, the car still needed recovery due to gear box fault. Kartec then refused to come back……… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"
