"Absolutely rubbish customer service and no support whatsoever! Car approved for repairing on 17.01.2023 and since that no parts even ordered and ANDY first contact person is NOT helpful at all. Not even telling me where is my car and not updating information about my car which I have rights to knowing what and why is taking that long when I have personally checked parts and they are available in maximum 2-3 days. I am waiting 2 months now"
"They had my car since August 2022 did zero work. It's a huge scam. The longer they keep vehicles in their possession the more the insurance has to pay for storage etc. The man who answered the phone was also disinterested and rude."
"My Car was sent here as my insurance company said it was an "approved body shop"/ repair centre . Initially seemed like it was a good call as its round the corner & had good feedback online . My Car was actually collected 2 days after the accident despite being told it would be picked up same day & courtesy car dropped off at the same time. When it arrived the courtesy car wasn't great. My car is an automatic & the courtesy was a Manual car meaning only my Wife could drive it & I had to make my own way to work spending stupid amounts of money on taxis & relying on mates for lifts to & from work . The car had a smaller engine & was much juicier than my car & it had scuff marks on the back of it. it wasn't like for like . My insurer said they didn't allocate the car. My car was then sat in their yard for a week. I understand that they work on other cars & was told repairs would take around 2-3 weeks max as they had to order various parts etc which was fair enough but I would be kept updated. For over one week didn't hear anything. After this time passed I called on a Wednesday & was told my car would be ready for collection on the Friday. I was told to call Friday morning to arrange for us to swap the cars over . Im then told on the Friday "oh theres been some confusion , your car wont be ready we got it mixed up with another car, (despite me giving them my Reg number) as they are waiting on one more parts" , now nearly 5 weeks later. I spoke to a guy called Stephen who to be fair was very apologetic & admitted it was their error & was very good in explaining the next steps. My wife then rings Tuesday this week for a further update as this has gone on long enough. The person she spoke to seemed disinterested in the whole thing . She was told hopefully this Friday as the hire company will now need the courtesy car back on Saturday . Ive since spoken to Citreon & 3 other mechanics & was told that parts involved should take 1 week max & then allow a few days to fit them , respray if needed etc .Now the Insurance company have even started to question about the length of time this has taken. Ive constantly had to chase & been told this and that by different people , Im just hoping that my car is repaired to an excellent standard & that the company look into this & take steps to avoid this from happening in future."
"Disgusting service i was let down for deliver of my repaired car for SAt 20/8 which my Insurance company had to arrange as they were not answering their phone Friday 19/8 NO phone call n no car Saturday. Informed it would now be Monday 22/8. Again after many phone calls the car was still.not delivered back to me . Again contacted my Insurance company and also got through to MTS yes made contact at last car being delivered Tues 23/8 Watch this space !!!!!"
"If I could give a 0 I would. MTS didnt fix my vehicle properly. Brought my vehicle back in a disgusting state and with heavy steering and took over 5 weeks with daily change of dates every day the date came.. AGL dismissed me on many occasions and was abrupt and rude. This whole process with all companies including RSA mobility is disturbing that they treat disabled people and their vehicles in such a manner. I took my vehicle back to the dealership and they found the fault within 2 minutes of driving the car and confirmed the steering wasnt right! Even after an 'independent inspector' had been out and also dismissed me. BMW are now even questioning why it needed such a repair and even if the parts where replaced!They are currently going through the car with a fine tooth combed. I will be going to my local MP and the financial Ombisman with regards to how all parties involved have failed and caused me such distress its effected my mental and physical health. REPLY TO GARAGE. I have copied the same review to all parties mention correct as it is relevant to you all. I haven't asked you for a penny let alone £200! Just an apology and my car to be put back the way it was when it was handed over to you! Not once have I received a sorry your car took 5 weeks to repair when estimated 10days. Sorry you have experienced problems, nothing. Even the reply is a lie without apology fabulous customer service there. Not once did you go above and beyond for me in the last 8 weeks even down to your response! BMW's senior engineer has driven the car and have found fault with steering and it's being investigated and rectified. The Independent inspector did not check all the parts you have billed. Not once did he get under the car. Take the steering column off! Or The wheel of the car to check. So again your response is another false claim."
