We had bought an already assembled, 2nd hand outdoor sofa which was too large to fit through our front door and side entrance and we had no idea how to disassemble it (no instructions!) or get it into our back garden! Jason had an amazing 'can-do' attitude and was confident he'd be able to help. Straight away, he got to work disassembling it and also successfully moved it into our back garden and reassembled it! "**Please note that in the provided pictures, the work may look rough around the edges. I'd like to clarify that we're in the process of renovating and extending the house, so any mess around the walls, exposed plaster, ripped wallpaper etc. is not a result of Jason's work. I let him know during his initial visit that we plan to completely redecorate the house in the next 12 months, so aesthetic was not a priority for this job.** I bought an air conditioning unit with absolutely no understanding that its external venting requirements were not compatible with the kind of windows we have in our house. I asked around for quotes and advice as to how to get around this issue and Jason was one of the contractors who came round to investigate and advise. He recommended drilling through the wall and mounting an external vent. I had thought this kind of solution would be far too time consuming and expensive, but Jason was confident he could complete the work in a couple of hours and his quote was far lower than I would have expected. Jason delivered on his promises with aplomb. The work took about two hours to complete and looks solid and dependable. He advised that it would be messy work, but he laid down a dust sheet and all I had to do was run the vaccum cleaner over the office once he was finished. Jason's communication in the run up to the job was excellent and timely. He advised on the parts that would be needed, estimated what they would cost and was very accurate in his estimate. I cannot sing Jason's praises highly enough. He's efficient, professional, friendly and very informative. I'm looking forward to asking him back for future plans I have for the house."
