"OK until carona, then no examinations & then Inc app in my plan nail clipping!!. Took him there to receive a bill for £30& told they didn't,t include this in plan anymore. So I asked them where was my money that they carried on taking for a year & a half for nothing. I was kindly sent a letter banning me for lack of trust???? Ripped off I call it."

"Had to bring a baby seagull in to get checked out after it fell off my roof. They were very helpful with their checkup and advice on how I could find a suitable place for the gull to go as it grows up before it can be safely released. After seeing how they treated me and animals with regards to that situation, I signed my new kitten up with them and they have also been very helpful in informing me of all the information I need regarding that. Super helpful and super kind staff."
