Staff pleasant but clueless, trying to explain the offer only applies in England, then when I politely pointed out that the signs were up in their own store, going back to the shelf to see the signs I had seen and agreeing with me that they were rubbish. Did I get a beers on offer or an apology for the confusion? No. Come on Asda, you can do better."

I went to customer services and was told in a grumpy manner, tough as it’s cannot be changed. How was I supposed to know it didn’t go through until I had my receipt. No remorse or apologies.
