"I really didnt want to write a bad review as this is a place to help women conceive but from the start i had a really bad experience. The form are a nightmare then when i got my appointment that i took time off from work for aswell as my partner, we got there and they said it had been rescheduled without informing me. We was rushed in whilst people were christmas caroling which js fine but i was very anxious is it is. Had my scan and bloods - nurses were great. Then my video consultation got cancelled and rescheduled, which as you can imagine i was so stressed about. When i spoke to a doctor he response was IVF and thats it no other options. Despite having good bloods and a great scan results- i was in tears. IVF is very expensive. I went for a second opinion with someone on harley street who was amazing and said IVF is not needed just yet and gave me other options to get pregnant. Im really sorry to sag this place is just for for IVF and women who cant conceive. But the admin made it even more stressful for me, never answered calls, emails from different names. Forms that it seemed mo one looked at. I didnt want to leave a bad review but this place isnt very good"

"I have just today completed my third cycle of egg donation at LWC Cardiff. The staff who work there have all been amazing, friendly yet professional. There's always been good availability for appointments. My only real grievance is that the doctor who has been in charge of my treatment plans has only ever spoken to me on the phone. He apparently also has very strict rules, including no children being allowed in the clinic under any circumstances, which has caused some issues when I've had appointments on Saturday mornings. Considering my children are part of my motivation to donate to help others I feel there should be an easily accessible provision for them if they aren't allowed in the clinic at all. I understand for women who are having treatment because they are struggling to have a baby it may be upsetting, however looking at reviews from other centres who also do egg donation like the CRGW it seems sometimes those places have been happy for children to attend with their mums for appointments if required. My children are of school age so wouldn't need to come every time, however when they are at home on weekends and have school training days it would make life much easier to not have to stress about finding childcare."

"After delays with the NHS due to lockdown, we looked around for private IVF and decided to contact the London Women's Clinic to help us start a family. They got back to us swiftly and were able to outline the procedures, costs and efficiently answered any questions we had at the time. Although we had to travel to Cardiff for meetings and tests (due to the Swansea clinic being closed over lockdown), we found the staff to be inviting and friendly and helpful, making the journey worthwhile. The care taken to ensure Covid regulations and restrictions were upheld to the highest standard was also excellent. Undergoing the procedures, we were given the best advice at each stage from the nurses, doctors and consultant, which put our minds at ease. Special thanks to all the staff at the clinic in Cardiff who were wonderful and supportive throughout. Thanks to LWC, we now have a beautiful baby boy and have the options to have siblings at a later date. We cannot thank everyone enough for their support and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is thinking about going private for IVF."

"Our experience with the Bristol and Cardiff clinics couldn't be better. I am writing this review to express my gratitude to LWC for making our dream of parenting come true. The road wasn’t easy. We had previously been in one prestigious fertility clinic with negative results and the disappointing impression that our money was what mattered most to them. After this, I started my treatment at a big age, close to the limit for maternity and with some health issues. At LWC I never felt I was judged, on the contrary, they did the best to try and help us. We were treated personally all the time and with great respect. As professionals you've been amazing and we felt reassured that we were in good hands. The result is that we have a lovely and healthy little baby. Our little angel is now 3 months old now and we couldn’t be happier. All the staff were excellent professionals and lovely persons on the human side.
