"Appalling have had two private scans to be informed we will get the report and yet over two weeks have gone and yet to receive the documents, when attempted to call up regarding this, I am constantly on hold with no one who answers. Staff are pleasant but not recieveing the documents is a complete let down will not be going back again and advise others to do the same."
