"We used Q cars from Coventry to Birmingham Airport for our holiday getaway and we had a positive experience. Very nice, straightforward website to complete the booking on. Confirmatory email received after the booking, also text with the details of the driver, so communication was excellent. Minivan turned up slightly ahead of schedule which was nice to complete the loading and be off on time. Vehicle was clean, driver helpful and friendly. On our way back, we booked the return journey with them again. We got through security very quickly, and when not seeing the van we gave them a call (again, text message received with the driver's details), which was picked up on first ring and we were told the vehicle was three minutes away, and where we should be going for the pick up. By the time we got there, they arrived too - knowing the airport charges I would not have expected them to be there much earlier and pay a fortune, so timing was perfect in my opinion. Driver again pleasant and professional, we enjoyed a safe ride home.
