"Excellent service very friendly drivers on time very pleased and will use this company when ever I am back in the area."
"I booked a taxi in advance to take a family member from Birmingham to sheffield on Boxing Day. I was advised that the fare would be approximately £120 and that I could pay using a payment link, which they sent to me on booking. When the taxi arrived, the driver insisted that my Daughter go to a cash machine to withdraw cash and asked for £170 which he took from her straightaway. I called the taxi office who spoke with the driver and he gave the money back until they arrived. I was also told that the fare would probably be around £135-140. The fare actually cost £165 which is a big difference from the initial quote of £120. I more so annoyed about the driver making my Daughter feel uncomfortable by insisting she give him cash and making her go to a cash machine. This journey should have been a stress free journey and unfortunately it wasn’t."
"Ali was absolutely amazing! Kept up communication flawlessly throughout. Honestly he's a credit to the company and cannot rate him high enough. He did 2 of the 4 runs I booked and he was brilliant throughout. Please pass on the praise to him."
"Great service. Phoned to book and then I received a text message confirmation and later an update to say the taxi would arrive shortly with the make and registration which was very helpful. The taxi was earlier than we booked which suited us, the driver (Selena I think) was kind and offered to help my mum into the taxi. Also very useful to be able to pay by card. A great service."
