"My response to the response from the owner: The purpose of me leaving a review like this was to highlight an issue that I had with your services, so that you could address problems with your service delivery. Instead of taking the feedback on board, you have implied that I am lying about my experience. The reason I phoned ahead of coming down to your offices was as a professional courtesy, as I worked in the legal profession for a number of years. On my last call to your offices, I was once again told that there was no solicitor available to assist and that they would call me back. I expressed my dissatisfaction with how things had been handled to the lady I was talking to on the phone, and I explained that it was the third time I had attempted to make an arrangement by telephone, and that I had been offered a call back before to no avail. She was unapologetic and explained that because you don´t charge much for the service I was requesting it was not really a priority. So, its not so much that you don´t have a record of me phoning, but more the case that you could not be bothered to arrange a call back for something you would only charge a nominal fee for. Original review: I have made three attempts to get a very basic endorsement on a photo for applying for a personal licence. Originally I was told there would be a solicitor that could do it for me but that they would need to phone me back with availability. No one got back to me. I have followed up since and each time I am told that there is no one available to help me. Very poor service. I was thinking about allocating some further legal work to you guys but given that you can't even do a basic photo endorsement for me, I think it will be a hard pass for me."
