"Poor communication regarding potential Fiance Visa I was recommended by my partner's friend who is also disappointed that NLS and Louise Fenney were good immigration solicitors and that they could handle our case. my disappointment comes because prior to instructing them my partner in the Philipinnes Emailed Louise many times for some information and never got a reply even though she had done what Louise advised and gone ahead and got her IELTS B1 English test and Medical ready I did email Louise myself and got one reply however I still tried to Instruct them via E Mail but again got no reply I even Emailed the Office direct and still got no reply. I must say that our initial zoom meeting was very good and we were both very confident but we just needed some further information as other immigration solicitors had said we did not have much of a chance to get the Fiance Visa before we Instructed her It was always was my Intention to Instruct Louise to do our Fiance Visa I leave this review with a heavy heart but feel very disappointed we was ignored when it is such an important time that you need to feel confident that you are doing the right thing I am sorry but I can not recommend your Company we have now instructed another recommended Company to handle our application."
