"I would give zero stars but could only give one. They take your money and don't do their job. Shamina Khatun does not respond to emails. the receptionists can't speak English. I paid them £1150 and was unhappy with their service so withdrew my file but they didn't even write my cover letter! I paid 1150 for them to fill up a simple application form that my 10 year old niece could do herself...once I cleared my payment and took my file off them I submitted my application myself with the evidence and my own cover letter. my BRP was sent to their address and when they handed it to me they didn't hand me an envelope, they OPENED my letter and just gave me the card and the letter inside. Totally unprofessional. You don't open a letter without someone's permission, especially when they're not your client and you didn't submit their application...Will be complaining to their head office."
