"Mixed reviews sometimes really good, taxis there straight the way when youve ordered. Other times, dispatch are lying saying its round the corner and have even left me waiting outside the supermarket for over an hour even when booking in advance! Then blaming the driver when we all know its the man in the office who deals with the bookings. Hit and miss."

"I have never been treated like this before. We booked a taxi to take four of us home at 11pm last night from the Curve. the driver arrived early and pestered us to come out asap. We did just that and didn't finish our drinks. My brother in law and wife were dropped off on Saffron Lane. As my brother in law left the taxi he handed the driver £10 towards the fair. We were to continue to Coutesthorpe. The driver stopped in South Wigston and demanded we paid him a further £22 to continue the journey to Countesthorpe or get out of the taxi ! The going rate from Leicester to Countesthorpe is £15. We tried to reason with the driver but he just turned the car round and told us to get out ! it was -4 degrees outside. I was shocked that a driver could do this to two very sober 65 year olds on such a cold night !! Thank God for Uber as we managed to get a Uber taxi within minutes I STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM The driver was a crook !"

"The drivers make up their own prices for the same journey I was charged 10.50 yet the driver on the way back charged me 14.60 even though the text from the company said £11. When I rang up the person who took the call couldn't understand why I was complaining. Going back to queens n adt with drivers like that"

"I preordered my taxi around 5 days before the taxi was required. I called and stated I had a puppy to transport, querying if this would be an issue. They stayed there were no issues. Come the day of the taxi I get a notification stating I had been charged prior to the taxi arriving and it is £6 extra than the agreed price. I called the office and was told it was a charge for the dog and that was that. My partner, who as a male clearly got far more respect from the office than I did as a female, was told they would reduce the price for the puppy, but they could not explain why they failed to mention the additional cost for the dog when we called 5 days prior. When the taxi finally arrived, 25 minutes late, I got told to make sure the puppy did not touch anything in the taxi, whilst my partner got a friendly welcome. We then listened to the taxi man speak on the phone with a female listed as ‘forever’. He clearly could not concentrate on two things at once as on two separate occasions the driver failed to see his sat nav telling him to turn so he had to slam his brakes on to be able to make the turning. There was then an occasion where the taxi has pulled in front of a motorbike, causing the motorbike to fear the worst, slam his brakes on and sound his horn. No apology received for either of these added extras to our journey. Overall, the office and the driver were rude. The taxi was late. There were no apologies. The driving was extremely poor. We were charged more than agreed despite checking with them prior. Will not use again."
