"They we one hour late in collecting us to go to the airport. Apparently they were told a different time by owners even though we had sent a detailed email with all flight timings and total charges etc. One collection from the airport they were again one hour late "minibus broke down" , one of the drivers asked for £4 for entry and the taxi fare at the airport, before we get to our destination. When we refused on principle he asked us all to get off the minibus.. We had 9 month child onboard! Moral of this. Use them at you own peril.. I would pay a little extra and habe a better experience. Won't be using this company again!"
"1* is the lowest I could give but if I could give 0* I would. What an absolute waste of space taxi service, we booked 6 weeks in advance for 15 people to be picked up & collected from East Midlands Airport. Pick up we had to call to see where the driver was & no call back he arrived 15mins later. On arrival we said a pickup of 1:30pm & we also gave them our flight number. After calling to see where they were we were given a pack of lies to the whereabouts of the driver. After 2 1/2hrs a bus turned up which was not even big enough to take us all home & the company had told the driver not to take 1/2 of us home unless we paid on the spot. In the end we had to go back into the airport & book 2, 8 seater taxis. I also forgot the driver had also forgotten 2 of our childrens car seats. Please do not use this company if you want a smooth transfer."
