"Generally has been a good service which I have used for years, however, this evening taxi driver was extremely rude and drove off. I called to complain and was told it was not the first complaint of this kind they had about him. I stated he should be suspended, informed they would ensure he did not come to my address again! Does this prevent future issues? On the plus side a taxi was sent out immediately to rectify the problem"

I scheduled a pick-up time and they stuck by that, lovely large and clean car picked me up and got me to the station with plenty of time to spare.
