"A really excellent taxi company. I became ill on Saturday evening, rang 111 and was advised that I needed to get to A&E as quickly as possible. The taxi collected us from Skipton within a couple of minutes, got us to Airedale Hospital in very good time, later returning my wife home in the early hours of Sunday morning with the same efficiency. The drivers on both occasions were friendly and professional. I recommend this company thoroughly."
"Would not recommend this taxi firm. Rude and unhelpful. Three cabs were booked. One driver complained about having to wait for the passengers, despite arriving early. One never arrived ‘because we didn't answer the phone’ despite the fact we’d said there was no signal and they could have rung the hotel. Meant bridal party were very late to the wedding. Company very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend and would actively avoid where possible."
