"Never turned up for my pre-booked journey. Nobody answering phone. Booking was timed with a train departure on a non_refundable £125 ticket. After using up all the contingency time I had added, I gave up and drove myself. Only by the grace of God was there a parking space at the station and I caught the train with seconds to spare. Let's hope the car is still there and it doesn't have a parking ticket when I return in a few days. App deleted and my business will be going elsewhere. Strongly suggest others do the same"
