"Where do I start, went for repeat prescription 4th October 2021, at first said it was not there, obviously I know they were because its a repeat then told me prescription had been there since August, strange because how was I issued with last months then which said September. Tonight my husband went again to pick up another prescription as it was not in stock yesterday was told to go in today, suprise suprise they found a prescription but nothing outstanding.,apparently another person with same first and surname as me, they then tried to get my husband to go round the doctors and pick the prescription up until it was fnally found. Why didn't they just ask for address and DOB, unbelievable. Also never gave him it back to tick for next month. Roll.on November for another stressful day at the incompetent chemist."

"This store has gone downhill. The only person keeping it going is Jo, who is kind and friendly and always helpful. Full time staff have left and not been replaced. The new part time staff are rude and unhelpful and don’t want to know. During a pandemic, you don’t want queues of people in a store. The pharmacy staff are always busy out the back talking among themselves about things away from work so you have to wait longer. The other day there was Jo serving on the counter on her own while they had five staff out the back. Not one of them came out to help reduce the queue. Every time the pharmacist came out she apologises for the delay. The delay I had the other week was over 40 minutes when I went into the store to collect a friends prescription. This is not acceptable. The pharmacist is the worst you’ve ever had in that store. She needs to go. Lloyd’s pharmacy please take action and get some proper full time staff to help Jo. It’s not safe for one person to be looking after a big shop and taking prescriptions and watching the store for shoplifters and have to stock the shelves as well. Employers have a duty of care for their employees."

"Joanne the store manager is very helpful and will go out of her way to ensure the customer comes first. The store is so well laid out and the the staff are very friendly. By far the best Lloyds pharmacy I have ever been in. Keep up the good work Joanne, you are a real credit to the company."
