"Missing items on prescriptions, staff who don't care or apologise for getting things wrong. They need to have a general manager who is fulltime there rather than transient locums that pass through and change every few weeks. It used to be brilliant but now is quite frankly dangerous."
"So 0 stars is not an option unfortunately. I don’t believe I have ever left a public review of a service or good but today, I have felt an overwhelming compulsion to do so, due to disgraceful customer service from the old vile troll that was working there today around 4 o’clock (17/12/20). This woman clearly did not want to be there, did not want to do her job and simply created a bad atmosphere for everyone in the pharmacy. She was rude, very short and completely unappealing to have to do deal with in any manner, and I am pretty sure she lied about a prescription not being there (despite multiple phone calls beforehand to confirm that it was). After relaying this information to the individual whom I was picking up a prescription for, she immediately knew exactly who I was referring to. This person/ troll should not be in a customer facing role. Many thanks and good day"
"This review is solely about them being a DPD drop off / pick up point. I have recently been caused an immense amount of inconvenience by this business refusing to accept a larger parcel. When they were questioned about this they said that they "only have one small shelf" for DPD goods. Fine as a pharmacy, awful as a DPD pick up point!!"
