"Very kind and caring! Always polite & welcoming! Had both my cats treated there, never an issue and always helpful. Explained clearly the risks of any treatment / illness' and happy to offer up the best possible advice they can give."
"My dog and I have been attending this vet since over a year as and when needed. Recently my dog had been very poorly, (from one day onto the next) unable to eat, drink, walk or even show signs of life (!) The vet prescribed her steroids for the time being and a pain reducing injection. We were offered a follow up appointment to see the progress of the steroids and to discuss other options. At the follow up appointment, another vet saw us and had no idea what’s been happening with Bailey (I had to bring her up to speed, like with almost every appointment as there are so many vets working here!) She claimed not to know why Bailey is suddenly so ill, despite having sedated and scanned her (a hefty procedure for a xxl 8 year old dog, might I add), after having done blood tests and samples of her leg lumps (!) We also never received any results from said tests (no print out, no further info; its as if they sedated her and kept her at the practice all day for fun?) She said her hands are tied and started telling me to weigh up quantity vs quality of life! But Bailey is ill, not dying! Judging by other comments I’ve seen, much like with my dog, the vets are quick to dismiss or prescribe bogus medication (human crushed paracetamol?!?) or steroids for over 4 weeks + (when they are not supposed to be used long term). I have lost faith in their competency and can see they are indifferent to the pet. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is kind, but there isn’t enough action, I feel if I don’t take a second opinion with another vet, Bailey would eventually die in their care!!! Shameful! Lastly, they are always quick to ask for donations, and that too in front of a whole room of listening patients!!! Weird treatment of people who are on a tight budget; almost like shaming (?)"
