"This Boots is located on the ground floor of the brewery in Romford. A good-sized store with the pharmacy located at the rear. Staff seem well trained and knowledgeable. The only problem I have with this store is I can never find the things I want. Not sure if stock is regularly moved around the store or I don't go in here enough to remember where everything is located. On a positive note, this branch never seems to get as busy as the main store in the shopping centre and it has a night medication window for after-hours collection."

"Customer service here is very very poor. I went in today because I have a repeat prescription service set up where they are supposed to text you. I heard absolutely nothing from them. I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes with two members of staff right in front of me. Neither acknowledged me even to say we'll be with you shortly. I was served after another minute only to be told the gp hadn't given them my prescription so they may need to see me. Why couldn't boots notify me that there was a problem and I needed to see the GP? Poor service really, I only use boots pharmacy because they use the same company for my medication every time whereas other pharmacies use different ones and I've had pills that are huge and difficult to swallow and others that break easily and have different colourings in them when I just want consistency with the medication I take."
