"Not happy with the service from Sumaiya. I found her to be quite rude and unfriendly, she was shouting the questions really loudly and in an unprofessional manner which was completely uncalled for. Clearly needs a lot of training in providing 'good' customer service! Also, she did not ask me if I have a Boots points card - points were not validated on the receipt so missed out. It takes them a while to pick up the phone so beware!"
"October 2022 - very poor customer service, after recent changes to staff and perhaps, it's management. Phone calls rarely picked, notifications not sent out in time and requests sometimes, critically, ignored. My only option is to change my dispensing chemist and this I will act upon right away. Formal complaint to follow for putting patients lives in harm's way!"
