"Horrible customer service. I've been a loyal customer for many years when Bassim, Hannah and the rest of the brilliant staff worked there. It's all new staff now and the service has gone really downhill. Awful attitude, most of the time they serve you as if they are doing you a favour. The staff have no training in placing online orders or issuing refunds or dealing with customers in any capacity. After facing this snotty behaviour a few times, I won't be going back."
