Taking care of my grandma's regular and new medications is certainly not easy but the staff here make it as smooth as possible. They deliver on time each month and do their best to get last minute prescriptions out to us by delivery the same day. "I've been using this chemist for over 5 years. It used to be very good at customer care. Over the last year, staff have changed a lot, seems as the management has changed too, couple of times I've gone to the chemist and it was closed on extended lunch break. I used to get a text when online prescription order was ready, not any more. I have raised the matter with staff, but every time I've been told the manager is not in. They don't take customer care serious, they say sorry but don't feel as they mean it. Feel sad as we had a good local chemist, but not any more."
