"I’m really impressed with the customer service at companion care Brentford. I was running late for the pre-op appointment and the receptionist got me booked in for another slot. I had to drop my kitten off before work for her surgery, they called me after the surgery to let me know it went well. On picking my cat up one of the vets explained everything about the procedure and aftercare, she answered all of the questions I had, I really wish I had got her name because she was brilliant. The only downside was the price which is a little steep compared to quotes I got elsewhere. However, the level of customer service you get for the price is unmatched!"
