"Positives: The staff were great. Polite, friendly, helpful, and smiled. The room (family room) was spacious. Breakfast was nice and the timing 6:30am to 10 is very well thought out. We didn't need to wake too early. There's parking, though paid at £12 per 24 hours. Quiet location Negatives: Parking is tight but not owned or managed by PI, so not their fault. Kettle in our room did not work and couldn't be fixed during our stay. Shower head is a little tired and in need for change. Forks at breakfast should really be soaked after use, then put in the dishwasher to avoid having dry food on them. Both forks on our table had dry food on them, which was gross. We paid for ultimate WiFi, £5 per day. It was a waste as we were more offline than online, and it was not secure either. You might as well gamble on the free option."
"Exactly what you expect from Premier Inn. Not luxurious but definitely comfortable and clean. Decent shower. Really efficient staff here - very quick to help and provide extra towels, mugs etc. even at busy times. They also let us park in the car park a few hours before we checked in, which was really helpful. Easy walk to Brentford railway station which is on the direct line to Waterloo (30 min train ride. Trains every half an hour)."
"Normally I'm very happy with the premier Inn hotels. However whilst location and transport were great, this hotel seems to have management problems. We stayed here 6 nights and every night apart from one, there was an issue with the restaurant. We had to book a time to eat each day, not because the restaurant was ever busy, but it seemed like they always wanted to close by 9pm. 2 nights are booking wasn't transmitted, including new years eve. We were told as the chef had to cook for just one table of 7 people he couldn't cook for us ( 4 people). In the end the seven didn't arrive, so we got in. Another night they refused to serve us and gave a refund. Another night, they tried to charge 41 euros extra, then 12.5 euros extra and when I told the lady she still had it wrong and it was 9 euros she got very annoyed claiming it was my fault as I hadn't stated my sons pudding was from his meal deal, even though she herself had taken the order from him. There is also a problem with the cleaning in the hotel. Every day I asked for a room clean, but only changed towels. It took 2 times asking for floor to be cleaned before finally on the 5th day it was done.( badly). Also restaurant is very dusty, the wooden blinds look like they have never been dusted. It was ashame as the location is good, food well cooked and a couple of very nice staff"
"It was better than I thought but never saw anyone at reception. Car parking info needs to be in rooms as paying for this is difficult but manageable but a struggle to find info how to pay. House keepers shout at each other down the corridor every morning of the three day stay we had, so don't expect a lie in. Check out is at 12 but the housekeeper kept knocking on the door telling me to get out, not polite, from 11am! I was in a hurry and left some of my items behind which I'm cross over. Value for money but the housekeepers need to be quiet and not to be so rude."
"Stayed here multiple times, Good hotel, can get it for a reasonable rate if booked in advance but otherwise not. On weekends there is free parking at the strip mall across the street. Otherwise you have to park at the premier inn underground car park and it’s extortionate (main reason why I gave three stars). Rooms have always been fine, except one time our room smelled like smoke. Beds and bedding are always great at premier inn, and no issue getting good sleep in that sense, just pack and eye mask is you are sensitive to light, and ear plugs, because it’s London."
