"Pros: rooms are modern, heating, wifi, management and else are all great 10/10 However, Cons: There are so many disrespectful people who live here, continues nuisance and ignoring the fact that some students have high work load and need to study in their room. Even the manager has sent out multiple emails regarding this issue, still these people don’t listen."

"Me and my wife moved into a studio back in January 2022. Everything was amazing from the start. They got a great residence team led by Andrew. Our lives were made simple just by staying there. The on-site gym and TV room were something which we used regularly. Apart from that there is a study area and a common room. Our experience at Gulson Gardens was homely and was filled with organized events. We believe Gulson Gardens to be the best Student accommodation near the Coventry University. We left on first week of September and it was heartbreaking to leave a place which we once called home. Gulson Gardens can be definitely recommended to any student but make sure you book in advance as rooms tend to get filled out soon."
