"My experience with the contact lens optician today was really poor. He was so arrogant and arguementative. I went to buy a contact lens case. He refused to sell me one citing dont need one since I use daily contact lenses. He said he can give me one only if I buy monthly or yearly lenses. I have been a customer of specsavers for over 15 years and today he showed that they can provide customer service only if I'm willing to buy more. I'm really disapponted with his attitude. I went to Vision express they gave me one free of cost."
