Tried to get us to pay money we didn't owe in exchange for a recommendation for another property. Luckily with the new estate agent's help we eventually sorted everything out - after months of stress and frustration."

Been completely messed around, was told that they would be in contact but after waiting a few days without any contact we tried to get in touch with the agent for the apartment but it was impossible. Nobody knowing where she was some said holiday some said she'd just left the office. Because of this a new tenant is moving in and we have lost our chance. Considering we live next door to the apartment building in question. We will be ensuring they know all about that back cupboard ;) so thank you very much."
