"This is one of those estate agents who discriminate and will not rent to people who don't have a guarantor. Pretty unrealistic as most people don't have one if they are a grown adult who choose to not leech off their parents..."
"Rental house advertised as 'long term, ' however when our application was submitted we were told that it would be "a 6 month contract to begin with then onrolling after that". Once our application had been approved we were then told that "it will only be a 6 month contract as the owners are then wanting to move back in". What a waste of time and energy and a waste of a credit search. As a result we had to turn down the house as a 6 month term was no good for us."

They sort all the references and do the necessary checks every time. Emma in the lettings office is extremely helpful and friendly. People who write bad reviews forget the agent is not always at fault. If they fall victim to poor property owners they can only do so much! I think they do a very good job indeed. I would recommend them to both landlords and tennents alike!"
