"Booked a early morning taxi to the airport but they didn't show. Tried calling the office but no response, I guess because out of hours. Fortunately we own a car so were able to drive and still catch our flight, but is stress we definitely could have gone without!!"

"We booked shire taxis to pick us up from Ashton gate and take us to St. Andrews rd in Avonmouth But after we had been dropped off we realised a bag had been left in the taxi containing a top range i phone ,credit cards and cash. We phoned and the driver came back later and returned the bag with all contents intact ,he wouldn’t even take a tip for his honesty. Wonderful and a very big thank you ."
"Was a bit dubious about ordering a taxi from this company after reading the previous reviews,but thought we would try them as their prices were very reasonable. The taxi was coming for us at 2.45am to take us to Bristol Airport.It actually arrived a few minutes early, which was really good as I was still worried it may not turn up. The driver was very polite and he was an excellent driver...... So I will definitely be using this taxi company again and would throughly recommend them."
"Absolutely disgusting service. I have been a regular customer for twelve years and they've just left me stranded for an hour and a half in the pouring rain and wind. Phoned for a return trip at 22.15, said would be a 45 minute wait, OK. 23.15 still no taxi so tried phoning for an update. Have been phoning for over half an hour and no-one answering the phone and still no cab. Absolutely disgraceful "service". Shirelink Taxis do not to deserve to be in business, no concern whatsoever for the welfare of their loyal (12 years) customers, they can't even be bothered to answer the phone. They certainly won't be getting any more of my business, I've been regularly paying £10 (including tip) each way for an £8 trip. Well, no more, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Sorry for the drivers but, the apathetic lazy phone operators are letting both them and the customers down because they can't be bothered to work for the money they're paid."
