"The driver arrived on time. He drove calmly and safely. He was helpful with instructions on how to adjust the straps on the car seat. When we got to the Birmingham airport I noticed that the trolleys required a £1 coin to access them. I had no change, but the driver did. He got out and got me a trolley which was very much appreciated because I had many pieces of luggage and a small child to manage."
"Great shuttle service. Was on time, helped us get our bags in and out of the car, made sure we were comfy and let us play our music for the trip, and made it to the airport promptly. When we got back to Airport, we requested to make a stop for food and he did he made sure we were all good before making our way home. Was very polite and a good driver."
