"Very poor quality . we had some balance left from a failed completion , we almost begged to get it back ( they just ignored our emails and phone calls ) we were forced to continue with them for a new property purchase so we could use that balance , that was a mistake . no answer to the seller solicitor , we had to call many times for the same issue just to be ignored . on one occasion the person over the phone started arguing with me be cause I was asking for the reason they are not communicating and hang the phone . the draft contract was forwarded to us more than 2 months after they received it . Regarding fees : they charge to open a file ( others don't) they charged us 50 pounds more for the searches compared with our recent solicitor . and the total estimate was way more than other quotes which is fine if the service was matching. Get a regulated solicitor you wont regret it ."
