"Excellent service, we are going for umrah, our flight was in the evening from Birmingham, some reason airline changed in the morning. Our check-in was 2nd April but we are flying earlier, so mr faisal changed check-in on 1st April. Didn't asked any money for early check-in. Nazir,faisal even all team is very helpful ."

We have dealt with a number of individuals who are all friendly and professional. Rihan is our person of choice, very helpful and always gives of his best. Very professional and efficient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Last week, booked a flight with Rihan. After paying online for the flight, realised that an IT glitch had caused a double payment from my bank account.
