"I have been a loyal customer for 2 years until now. Three cancelled appointments even though I book 3 grooms in advance . I learned today the next appointment due on 30 October is also cancelled!! Reasons given is of staff walking out. This was a reliable and professional service, close to home, giving a really good groom to my two dogs. I have had enough now and will take my business elsewhere until such time as a decent and reliable service is offered. I would have given no stars if that were possible."

"My puppy had a really bad experience here. He was given back to me covered in pee which was not the biggest issue as he is a puppy, he will pee himself but the lady said she couldn’t do anything about it as she was the only one working at that time. Ridiculous! They could have atleast given me a wipe and I would have been grateful for that. As I went to go pick him up, I could hear him whining as he was left in the back alone…the lady said the whole point of a groom is to teach them separation. Sorry but that is my job as his owner and trainer to gradually work on his separation anxiety, not theirs to leave my puppy crying in the back and covered in pee. Atleast put a puppy pad in the crate so it absorbs the liquid. My puppy always comes to me to be wipes and has not had an accident since I’ve brought him home. I also paid extra for the spa treatment for puppies and he was given back to me with the worst trim around his eyes, his nails weren’t filed so they kept getting stuck on all materials and he had eye bogies all in his eyes. The lady had the audacity to ask me if they could upload a picture of my puppy to their Facebook page but unless they were willing to show a picture of his full legs and whole back half of his body covered in pee which was how I picked him up, there was no chance they were going to flaunt a false impression to others. Lastly, god knows what the condition is like inside, my puppy vomited twice as soon as we left the store and lots of black hairs which I can only describe as eyelash looking hairs were found. There was also a dead fly on the floor just by the door in the reception of the groom room, so hygiene is definitely not a priority. Poor puppy was so low all day and his tail wasn’t wagging high as it usually does. I had such high hopes, I’m so disappointed and disgusted, god knows what my puppy went through behind those doors :("

"Took my Bichon X today for her first full groom today. I was amazed when I picked her up. She looked and felt super soft and clean. Really impressed with the service today. I would definitely recommend."
