"Never stay here again... I ordered food simple chips and pizza. It took 1 hour then realised the equipment to make pizza isn't working.. when chips arrived tasted raw. Went to room and the heating wasn't working ended having change rooms"

"No extractor fan in the bathroom, one of the lifts not working. Apparently according to other reviews this is an ongoing problem, Is the hotel also housing asylum seekers? There was an Asda trolley next to the lift. The room was clean and adequate for the price and the staff were friendly and welcoming, I had a problem with a phone alarm and music noise in the morning from next door. A member of staff came and sorted it out, a phone in the room to reception would be handy. The hotel is very well placed in the town centre, with a Weatherspoons, Asda, banks, plenty of shops and cafes on your doorstep, its also in a good position for the buses and train station. Its a hotel that looking tired and needs some TLC."

"Booked a week in advance. Booked only because of the location. It was close by to the appointment we had next day early morning. We were called at 7pm when we were 15mins away from the hotel. We were told they had "maintenance issues" and we were being moved to another Travelodge. When we got to the other hotel, the staff were pleasant. However, when I told the receptionist we were sent by this hotel she went into the office and told another guy that another couple have been sent here by Feltham Travelodge due to maintenance problems. They guy responded with why don't they just tell people the truth. He came out and pretty much confirmed what we already knew - Feltham Travelodge had overbooked and we were lied to. There was a family that came after that were told the same lie. Anyway, we got to our room which was spacious. The issue was it was right in front of the M3 and the windows were not soundproof. There were lorries passing by continuously all night so we didn't sleep at all. It was not this hotel's fault as we didn't book them in the first place. They were nice and their parking option was cheaper than Feltham Travelodge too. But because the other hotel was further from our appointment, we ended up being 15mins late due to traffic, eventhough we left earlier. Travelodge Feltham need to take responsibility when they overbook and be honest with their customers OR be better at their job and not overbook in the first place. Would not recommend. The guy that called to lie to us was bored and unhelpful too. The only positive thing was the location which we were unable to take advantage of. Sort yourself out Travelodge Feltham."

"Friendly staff, clean, warm well equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast. Central location but a bit of a walk from station. Very good value for money we would definitely stay again."

"Absolutely spotlessly clean. Breakfast was self-service but the food was great quality. Polite and friendly staff. Great value. Parking will cost you extra at £11 per night so be warned. The hotel is situated in the main shopping centre of Feltham and there are ample fast food restaurants and pubs nearby."
