"Huge DIY and hardware store, not the cheapest though. Its location is great within the Alvis Retail Park w/ plenty of parking places. Its wide range of product variety accompanied with friendly but gappy customer service according to finding specific spare parts, tools or fittings for everyday household. You can easily be lost wandering among the mounting number of section shelves, especially when you are looking for small items eg. special screws, gaskets, fixtures, etc. It's better to browse its product list and discounts online first, then click and collect from store. Nonetheless, it is well worth for a visit by any means."
"Large B & Q. Only went in for some wing nuts to fit a bolt I already had. A bit annoying having to buy a bag of them when I only wanted two. Also a bit difficult to know if they are the right size and thread if they are all in packages. Staff member on desk directed us straight to them which was good."
"Just got the back to the kitchen island with the rest of the complete complete refit that started in, well 4 months later still haven't finished. After 15k they wouldn't give a credit note for 2 floor samples. Dave who they say doesn't work there, added cupboard fillers, they go inbetween. 15 hinges short. . . . . Some say we didn't order them, got cupboard we didn't order but paid for it. Just a umbrella company making 16 bil a year profit. Have spent hundreds there over the years on tools. . ."
