"Placed a 10k order for roof tiles, was told had to pay £500 extra ontop for delivery…..Delivery came with wrong ridge tiles and corner tiles…Only discovered once loading out as was not informed beforehand. Contacted Coventry branch and was told by Paul the manager that antique burnished ridges are supplied with mixed brindle tiles as they don’t make a brindle ridge!!! Contacted Marley who advised that infact they do make a brindle ridge and that the antique burnished ridge is the wrong ridge for the mixed brindle tiles. Had to organise to get the correct tiles from another branch in the end. Charged way more by Coventry branch than any other branches dealt with. Made a complaint and didn’t even offer to return the £500 delivery charge…..Not a great company to deal with….told lies and excuses. Will take my business elsewhere in the future"

"Ordered lead flashing for my kitchen extension and they did not deliver it but I signed without checking trusting the driver. He showed me the delivery docket immediately for signature. It was NOT delivered and then did NOT refund me the money despite not supplying the products I paid for. Please always check the items before signing the delivery docket no matter how much the driver pushes for a quick signature."
