"The good: - The job itself wasn't too delayed, i.e. it was completed within a month of our expected date. - The pointing itself was done to quite a good standard. The bad: - Poor communication from pointer themselves, and never called or texted before turning up, one point even turning up without us knowing (he was quite a nice guy when he arrived though). - Owner was very rude to me after asking his pointer to come back and touch up/finish the job, blaming me for his busy work schedule, and accusing me of avoiding payment. - Pointer tore off hanging basket bracket and threw it down the alley next to our house. When he put it back, he attached it to our house wonky, not bothering to take five seconds to check it was straight."
