"Ordered click and collect instead of delivery, as click and collect said '24-48 hours' and delivery said about 5 days. 8 days on, still waiting for items to be ready to collect... called a few days ago and they said it should be ready the next day (3 days ago). Still nothing. Not only am I a bit frustrated that I could have picked delivery if it'd have taken this long anyway (cheaper and quicker than C&C), I could have actually ordered from Amazon and had it delivered by now..."
