"My key broke off in my door lock so I went to this shop to get pliers to remove the key. The manager behind the counter advised me that he also did key cutting and that he could try to make a copy from the remains of the key. I returned with the broken key and he managed to make a copy but he did advise me how to remove the barrel if the key didn't work. The key works perfectly. Highly recommended store. Excellent service, professional and friendly and took a genuine interest in helping me. I would never use a chain shop after the service I received here today."
"Went into the store today for silicone sealer and silicone remover neither of them branded names and was charged £20. When googled I could have bought the same for £10. No breakdown on the receipt just said £20. Sorry but I won't be coming back."
