"Shoes are leather and of high quality, the staff are helpful when selling, but very rude when accepting returns and refunding. I had a pair of shoe with a shoe polish to return. A lady who served me at first didn't accept to refund me for the shoe polish but when I said her colleague (mr Lloyd) told me so, she reluctantly accepted and grabbed my bank card and asked me for another ID card to make sure that I was REALLY the card owner. she said that's the rule from April 2019 and made me to sign the back of my card on the counter if I want the refund!!!!! Disgusting behaviour at least to me!!!!!!!!"
