"Absolutely appalling customer service today whilst visiting your Cardiff store. Unfortunately after visiting today with my mother and sister I feel even 1 star is being far too generous. What was supposed to be an enjoyable visit trying on possible Mother of the Bride outfits unfortunately turned into our very own 'Pretty Woman' experience! Whilst in the changing room and returning a dress to it's hanger, the brunette store assistant snatched the hanger and dress out of our hands and snapped 'we have strict standards here'. To say we were left speachless is an understatement! I am absolutely appalled that we were spoken to with such disregard by a jumped up, rude shop assistant! She then preceded to drag the dress in question along the floor whilst standing all over it! Is this really what customer service has come to in 2022?! Needless to say we promptly left the shop and will not be returning! What an awful experience, completely let down by your staff. It's a shame when we activitly try and support the high street shops. What's the point, when this is the level of customer service you receive?"
